June and from which she has already published the song "Let's Keep Dancing". is reflected in the wide-ranging songs. But she is also Icelandic after her mother, so in her repertoire we can also find melancholic and intimate confessions.
Emiliana Torrini's voice also charmed the New Zealand director Peter Jackson, who offered her to sing the song "Gollum's Song" in the closing credits The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers. She was thus placed alongside Annie Lenox or Enya, who sang songs for other parts of this fantasy saga.
Torrini occasionally writes for other performers - for example, she is the co-author of Kylie Minogue's hit Slow, which was nominated in 2003 for the Grammy Award. Of course, he pays the most attention to his own recordings, on which he combines transparent folk melodies with electronics.
The project is implemented with the financial support of the MKČR and MHMP
