Emmerich Kálmán - Čardášová princezná

Čardášová Princess was the best and most famous work of the Austro-Hungarian composer. The immortal operetta owes its success not only to the breathtaking music, but also to the funny libretto.

The young Viennese prince Edwin falls in love with the star of the Budapest cabaret. Sylva, however, leaves for a tour of the United States and Edwin receives a call-up order. In order not to lose his love, Edwin decides to propose to her. At this moment, the vicissitudes and sudden twists in human destinies begin, typical of Kálmán works.
