Mothering outdoors: How to nourish your body and relationships during pregnancy, postpartum and parenthood away from home

A space for exchange and reception for Portuguese-speaking and Spanish-speaking mothers from Vienna, within the Maio Furta-Cor campaign.

At this meeting we will delve deeper into the strategies to build a network of support and affection living abroad, and how to nurture these relationships to have a less isolated parenting with more support, presence and community. We will also address aspects of caring for our bodies, to strengthen ourselves for the day-to-day care of babies and children.

Mothers with children of all ages, pregnant women, postpartum women and babies up to 24 months are welcome.
