☀️🌸Summer lingers in the air… warm, golden, bittersweet. We are not quite ready to let her go, but we feel the soft pull of the next season calling us inward.

This special event is your invitation to pause.🪷 To breathe. To remember what this summer gave you and to gently lay down what no longer needs to be carried.

Together, we will move through:

✨ Yin Yoga: melting into stillness

✨ Guided Meditation: opening the heart

✨ Tarot-Inspired Journaling: sprinkling in a touch of magic & reflection

✨ Sound Bath: letting the tibetan bowls wrap you like a warm, healing tide

🌿 Between the seasons, there is a quiet magic: a place where endings become beginnings, where reflection turns into intention. In this sacred in-between, we gather to honor the light we have soaked in and open our hearts to the whispers of what’s next.
