My name is Daška ~ Aiwa Sue. I am the founder of the Niyama studio, the founder of the HEALTH THROUGH THE MIND program, I lead various styles of yoga, meditation, mindfulness techniques and I actively engage clients in individual therapies with the ThetaHealing® technique, which personally transformed my life.
During my practice yoga with clients who come with problems on the body, where as a therapist I incorporated therapeutic techniques and a holistic approach in yoga classes with the release of blocked emotions from life, who they live.
I am fascinated by how the breath as a tool changes our perception of reality and its experience. As the alchemy of breath, it brings us a new perception of reality. I am a certified instructor of the ThetaHealing technique with 13 certificates, yoga, mindfulness, vipassana and I have been studying self-development topics all my life.

as a connection of several techniques, which rely on the energy that flows in us or through us and helps us to "pass through" the blocked places in us, let it flow in our life :)

Contraindications
For due to the very nature of the part where the breath takes place and work with kundalini energy, people with heart or lung diseases, for whom hyperventilation can be physiologically risky, cannot participate in this activity. It is also not recommended for psychotic patients, whose consciousness is already largely expanded even without helping themselves to it.
It is not suitable for children and pregnant women.
