This time we escaped through the **El Vendrell** area, a privileged place between the sea and the mountains, where the gentle slopes allow you to enjoy ideal hiking routes **🌿🚶‍♂️ 🌊🏞️**.

🚉**From Sant Vicent de Calders** we will venture 🥾 along a section of the **Vía Augusta** and other dirt tracks, which will take us to explore **natural landscapes, historical paths and corners full of charm** within the municipality of El Vendrell.

A perfect opportunity to **connect with nature**, walk without rushing and discover this territory from a different perspective.

And of course there will be no shortage of moments for a break: go have a coffee in the beautiful town of **El Vendrell 🏰,** have lunch in nature, **and finish the excursion having something in front of the sea** ... and perhaps take the last swim of the season 🩲👙🏖️

Don't forget to bring something to have a **picnic** along the way 😎 🧺 (sandwich, water or whatever you prefer). I, as always, will **bring** some **gastronomic surprises to share and delight the encounter**.👨🏻‍🍳

**In Curious Itineraries, listening and the relationship between the participants is of utmost importance; Therefore, we prefer to keep groups small, which allows us to create an intimate and welcoming atmosphere.**

🍀The minimum voluntary contribution for this event is **€15** per person (preferably in cash) and is made at the beginning of the walk. The route is quite easy but we will pass through rocks, dirt roads and sandy beaches: **it is recommended to come with suitable footwear to be comfortable and have a minimum of physical condition** (you have to **walk** about **14 km** and climb about 150 meters of elevation gain or so. Expected duration of the walking tour: around 3h30 plus breaks).
Bring: snack, water, sun protection and shoes suitable for walking on the rocks, swimsuit and towel. 🏖️

TRAIN: for **the outbound** we will take the **train that leaves Barcelona Sants at 9:34 a.m.** (arrival in Sant Vicent de Calders at 10:36 a.m.).
For the return there are trains every 30 minutes.
