In times of uncertainty, imagination is a radical act. This interactive workshop explores Entrepreneurial Life Design—a hands-on approach that blends design thinking, positive psychology, and entrepreneurial tools. Together, we will reimagine personal and professional futures, sketch life paths, and prototype bold possibilities.
Instead of passive listening, participants actively reflect, create, and connect—leaving with concrete next steps and a deeper sense of agency. Open to anyone ready to take charge of their life, this session is an invitation to stop waiting and start designing—together, beyond now.

Dr. Karina Cagarman is a researcher and educator at the Chair of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management at the Technical University of Berlin (TU Berlin). She integrates her expertise in entrepreneurship, positive psychology, and design thinking to create transformative learning experiences centered on authenticity, growth, and well-being. Her innovative course, “Design Your Happy Life,” underscores her commitment to intentional life design, encouraging students to take charge of their personal and professional development. Her research explores sustainable entrepreneurship and well-being, focusing on tools and methods that foster long-term success and resilience in rapidly changing environments.
Beyond academia, Dr. Cagarman is driven by a mission to effect meaningful change and help others thrive. Grounded in the conviction that genuine growth stems from self-compassion and authenticity, she motivates those around her to embrace their individual journeys and unlock their fullest potential. Through her work, she contributes to a broader discourse on creating supportive ecosystems that nurture personal happiness and entrepreneurial success.

Prof. Dr. Bettina Maisch is an academic and researcher with a strong background in human-centered design, entrepreneurship education, health entrepreneurship, and innovation management. She holds the position of Professor of Entrepreneurship at the Munich University of Applied Sciences within the Faculty of Applied Sciences and Mechatronics. Additionally, she serves as the head of Digital Education at the Strascheg Center for Entrepreneurship (SCE). In these roles, she integrates her extensive expertise in entrepreneurship education and innovation management, focusing on the emerging fields of entrepreneurial life design and well-being.
In her research she focuses on the intersection of entrepreneurship and health, specifically examining how entrepreneurial life design can enhance the well-being of entrepreneurs in an increasingly complex and fast-paced business environment. Prof. Maisch is dedicated to developing frameworks that empower individuals to navigate the challenges of entrepreneurship while prioritizing their mental and emotional health. Her work enriches academic discourse and has practical implications for creating support systems for entrepreneurs.
