EPIGENETICKÁ STOPA V PSYCHOTERAPII I.

Genetic information in us predetermines our lives only partially. As we live, we can fundamentally influence how genetic predestination is written into our everyday life, but also how our descendants will affect. At the same time, we themselves are influenced by those who came in front of us, environments and past events. We are talking about epigenetics that deals with the topics of the functioning of genes based on the "way of life of the individual". We will look at the effect of these regulations in terms of manifestations on our short or long -term behavior, tuning and ways of solving life situations both in our lives, family, but also wider communities. We will touch the epigenetic influence in terms of trauma transgeneration. The workshop focuses on inspection of molecular biological nature of epigenetic regulations in relation to their neuropsychological manifestations, as a basis for complementing the view with the client in psychotherapeutic practice.
