About event
A planning meeting for all active members of the section 💪, EPO ambassadors 🤸♀️ (our sports activity instructors), and those who want the EPO ball 💃🕺 to happen this year.
Objectives of the meeting:
- discuss the main organizational aspects of the EPO ball and decide together whether and how the ball and its preparation will take place
- agree on the main events of 2025 (weekends, concentration, EPO cups and individual trainings)
So that we have something to discuss, please fill out the questionnaire, which will give us fuel for the discussion: https: //forms.gle/VNQ4VsSwLKJiReYo6
The meeting will take place hybridly (offline and online). We will share the link to connect on the day of the meeting.
Please make sure to register who will arrive -> fill out the survey whether you will be in person/online/also at the boulder before the meeting. Thanks 😊
Come hang out before the meeting (17-19?) and after the sport, join us to cool off with a drink 🍻 and brainstorming 🧠 up in the cozy seats by the children's boulder 😎
