About event

Online workshop for women* in Berlin. Perfect for anyone who wants to specifically improve their negotiation strategies!

This 3.5-hour online workshop offers you the opportunity to identify your strengths, highlight your uniqueness and get to know the renowned Harvard concept of negotiation.

Perfect for anyone who wants to specifically improve their negotiation strategies!

Part I: Discover reasons for negotiations and USPs

You will learn what reasons there are for negotiations and at what levels negotiations take place. In small groups, we work out what your personal strengths are and how you can use them to develop your own “Unique Selling Proposition” (USP). This strengthens your position in future negotiations.

This workshop is designed exclusively for employees!

Part II: Negotiation according to the Harvard concept

In this part you will get to know the globally successful Harvard concept and implement it directly in practical examples. Together we discuss and negotiate 2-4 concrete case studies in plenary session.

Part III: Introduction and open questions

Finally, you present your USPs and we take time for open questions and individual negotiation cases. We will also check together whether your expectations of the workshop were met.

Take advantage of the opportunity to sustainably improve your negotiation skills and optimally prepare for future challenges. Don't miss this opportunity!

If you currently have a negotiation case, you are welcome to send it in advance to the speaker* ([email protected]).

Speaker*: Svenja Mach is Senior Director | Co-Head of HR with experience in national and international companies, including Baker Hughes and Nord/LB.
