We often only realize how important trust is for collaboration when it is missing. Without trust, work becomes tedious, knowledge remains undivided, and motivation is lost. In addition to trust, psychological safety plays a key role: It creates the space in which courageous ideas can arise, questions can be asked and mistakes can be openly addressed - and we can learn from them.

Trust and psychological safety create spaces for courageous ideas, honest questions and a constructive culture of mistakes - without fear of negative consequences. But what happens when mistrust arises? How can leadership help to reduce control and build sustainable motivation?

In the workshop you will learn how to specifically build trust, strengthen psychological safety and promote a culture of growth. At the same time, we deal with the dynamics of mistrust and control and develop strategies to overcome them. Another focus is on dealing with mistakes and the ability to sustainably shape learning and growth processes in the team.

Learn how to strengthen trust and security in your team - whether in person, hybrid or remote. An additional integration session will support you in successfully implementing what you have learned in your everyday leadership and making it effective in the long term.
