About event
🧭 "Our emotions as a compass"
🧠 Getting to know how our nervous system works is like getting a map in our hands.
Consciously experiencing our feelings and connecting with ourselves can become a compass in everyday life.
In this way, life becomes a little more livable,
and the challenges around us less dramatic.
During the presentation will be:
✨ about self-care
✨ about attachment
✨ about anxiety
✨ about the inner critical voice
✨ about self-acceptance
✨ about shame
✨ about boundaries
…and everything that shapes our human functioning 🤍
👤 Mgr. Tamás Tegdes – clinical specialist psychologist and psychotherapist
Ten years of psychiatric with classroom experience, as a gestalt psychotherapist and EMDR psychotraumatological tools, she accompanies her clients on the way to themselves, in the process of healing blockages and traumas. He also works as a couples therapist.
