Therefore, conflicts are not enough to dampen; It is often necessary to induce and enter them to achieve a real shift. The world is changing just when we dare to confront what is not working. We will train situations full of strong emotions - from tense moments to moments when someone increases their voice or shouts. The aim is to acquire the skills needed not only to calm conflicts, but also for their effective evocation and lead where it is useful.
