This journey is inspired by my personal values, my own why and the themes that I repeatedly recognize in my work with clients. ESSENCE is an invitation to feel yourself again, to open your heart and consciously embody your life from your essence.
As a sound facilitator & DJ, I use the transformative power of sound and music. Each session is a journey that combines music, breath, emotion & energy - sometimes gentle, sometimes powerful.
