🍾Sparkling wine tasting
December is coming - the month when we need sparkling wine almost every day. And not only on New Year's Eve!
During the tasting we will figure out exactly how sparkling wine works - I will show and explain everything clearly. Let's find out why it goes with literally everything:
Olivier, food at the Christmas market and even a classic German Christmas dinner.
With this information you definitely won't go wrong. We'll try on the spot how fries work with sparkling wine (no, I'm not crazy) and evaluate the sensational French combination - radishes with butter and champagne.
We'll start with the lightest ones like Prosecco,
we'll go through Cremant and Cava, get acquainted with Petnat, and, of course, we'll get to Champagne. It's an evening to learn, network and be inspired.
