📣 What is it all about?
euphoria • sober party is a pilot project of the so-called sober parties in the form of a musical dance event for participants who want to have fun sober without alcohol intoxication or any narcotic or other substances inducing states of altered consciousness.
Bratislava
• 1-2 times a month, one Saturday of the month from 19:00-22:00.

The ticket is risk-free, that means that if you have already bought a ticket and cannot participate for any reason, write to me ideally at least 48 hours. (no later than 24 hours) before the start of the event, the e-mail you will find listed at the bottom and the entrance fee will be refunded.
The ticket must be purchased in advance and only online, the number of entries is limited. Tickets are not sold on the spot, and it will not be possible to participate in the event without a valid ticket!
🤔 Why is it necessary to have the entrance fee paid in advance?
There are several reasons, such as:

📄Conditions for the implementation of the event:
The event will only take place after the minimum capacity of 25 sold tickets has been filled by a predetermined date, usually at least 7 or more days before the event. The maximum capacity is 40 entries, depending on the choice of the type of space.
🗓️The date is set for 10/05/2026 (until 11:55 p.m.), by which time it is necessary to have the minimum capacity for the realization of the event, that means tickets paid in advance and only online for at least 25 interested parties.
If the minimum capacity is filled, we will dance on the published date (Saturday) from 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
If the minimum capacity cannot be filled by the given date, the event will be moved to a new date (usually it will always be a Saturday of the month). In the event that the new date is unsatisfactory for the interested party, based on an e-mail request on the initiative of the interested party, the entrance fee will be refunded.
📄Conditions for obtaining the reward:
Everyone who buys a ticket will be entered into a draw for a valuable prize in the form of a reward, which will be given to the participant at the end of the event during the common closing circle. 💫 We will always have three participants rewarded.
🎁 Valuable prizes for this event are:
• Thermos mug 300 ml from the brand Wuly
• or if you already have this thermos mug, another surprise awaits you in the form of a great book 📖, a high-quality bag from the brand Peak Design or a noise absorber from the brand Loop
📊Costs:
Ticket price in includes costs associated with:
• renting premises,
• purchase of musical works (songs) in the highest quality (AIFF format),
• fee for SOZA (Slovak Authors' Protection Association),
• fee for selling tickets to an online ticketing platform,
• special obligation to pay tax,
• costs associated with audio-visual technology (purchase, installation, transport),
• costs associated with the purchase of refreshments and
Finally, the rest remains for the organizer / dj / operator of the event for the expended considerable energy associated with the creation and implementation of the project.
📄Participation conditions:
By purchasing a ticket, the person interested in such an event agrees with the concept of the event, agrees to participate in the event only and exclusively sober and fully respects the condition entertainment without alcoholic intoxication or any narcotic or other substances inducing states of altered consciousness.
Also, not only in the space intended for dancing, he fully respects the personal space of other event participants, in such a way that without the participant's express or express consent he does not enter the personal zone of a person dancing independently or otherwise having fun and thus does not disturb his physical proximity.
If a participant is interested in a joint dance with another participant, he/she will expressly request consent from the other participant in such a way that he/she shows interest in the form of a handshake with the palm up in the sense of "may I ask". Such a participant is obliged to fully respect any refusal.
In case of non-respect of the above conditions, the organizer of the event reserves the right to immediately exclude the disrespectful participant from the event, as well as a strict ban on entry to all other events, or a temporary suspension of the event until the disrespectful participant leaves the space, or even an immediate termination of the entire event with legal consequences, where in the event of the exclusion of the participant due to violation of the conditions, entrance fee is non-refundable.
The organizer reserves the right to change all stated conditions, including the realization of the event.
