Pure action in the urban heart of the capital, right in front of the largest arena in Berlin! If this is according to your taste, you should not miss the European Skimboarding Cup on August 30, 2025.
The skimboarding is an extraordinary water sports, in which daring athletes slide over water with a flat board. In doing so, they use the effect of aquaplaning and need neither wind nor waves, which means that the sport-in contrast to windsurfing, wave riding and the like-can also be practiced in the big city.
The huge fountain field on Uber Platz is particularly suitable for sport and was officially opened by Skimboard Superstar Adrien Raza in the summer of 2023. After a further successful skimboarding session in 2024, Uber will now be the venue for the European Skimboarding Cup. split.
