About event
♾️ What happens when reality begins to repeat itself - and a person is not sure if he sees a fault in the system or in himself? Don't miss the unique projection of the claustrophobic horror labyrinth by the award-winning Japanese director Genki Kawamura, based on the worldwide hit video game Exit 8.
🧠 After the film, there will be a lecture by psychologist Michal Božík about why films like EXIT 8 disturb us so deeply and what they reveal about our minds in the digital age. Together, we will look at how the brain processes monotony, why irrelevant details frighten us, how we construct reality - and why endless scrolling on social networks is a modern version of a "looped" nightmare. The lecture connects the psychology of perception, the anxiety of repetition and the phenomenon of digital loops - with the question of how to get out of them.
