About event
Collage is an effective way to question notions of self image. In this workshop you will work with your own self-image, combining it with paint, collage, and other chosen materials. Through this process, you will experiment with abstraction and challenge traditional notions of self-portraiture. Found images, symbols, and textures from various sources can be integrated to add further layers of meaning. By the end of the session, you will create a unique mixed media work that reinterprets your identity, embodying both the process and the power of reimagining oneself through art.
IMPORTANT: Please bring with you a couple of A4 print outs of yourself that we can use for this workshop. All other materials provided. Workshop will be held in English.
