Exposición: "Voces femeninas"

The proposal of this activity is to visit the exhibition ***"Female voices, 900 years in the documents of the Archive of the Crown of Aragon"***, which is held at the Palau del Lloctinent.

The exhibition brings together sixty documents from the archives of the Crown of Aragon relating to all types of women, in all periods and circumstances.

There are female voices from the 11th century and the 19th century. Religious women, workers, witches, professionals and owners. Voices of prosecuted or imprisoned women and voices of sick infants. Of women at risk of death due to childbirth and others who remember their friends in their wills.

This exhibition on the voice of women in history is structured in four blocks: _"The supposed voice", "The written voice", "The spoken voice" and "The mediating voice"._
