The performance of our event
We offer this ecstatic dance journey during the autumn equinox. It is the time of the year when the day and night are almost as long, which symbolizes the balance between light and darkness. This moment invites to find balance, think, integration and gratitude for everything we have experienced during the abundance of summer. This release and renewal process offers a strong opportunity for personal transformation. We welcome each other in a circle and start our action with a short dance to connect with ourselves and others and feel the strength and beauty of the community. In this led part, we release stress and tension, shake all physical or emotional "possession" that prevents our free flow and expression. And we will start connecting each other to create safety, trust, connection and energy to celebrate life. Drum Journey and end with sharing in a circle.

The spoken part of the event will take place in English with a translation into Czech. We move the life force in our bodies and through them transfer it to the dance floor. The Flow of Our Dance Journey; GUIDED DANCE TO CONNECT WITH ORSELVES AND EACH OTHER, to Feel the Power and Beauty of Trebe. In this guided section, We Will Release Stress and Tension, Shake Out Any Physical or Emotional 'Holding' That Is Preventing Oour Free Flow of Movement and Expression.
Through Our Breathing, We Will Open Up and Allow More Life to Course Through Oins and Prepare US for the Dance. And we Will Begin to Meet Each Other to Build Safety, Trust, Connection and Energy to Celebrate Life.
