About event
The term Yeomen has several meanings: Historically in England it referred to a class of free farmers or tenants who stood between the nobility and the lower class. It can also refer to a group of men who serve in the King's Guard, such as the Yeomen of the Guard, known as the Beefeaters.
And then there are the five Berliners who have been popularizing their own music genre “extreme a cappella” as YeoMen for almost ten years. YeoMen make modern, mouth-made music with an authentic, chaotic live show and lots of energy on and off stage.
The band became known for their spectacular performances on the TV show X-Factor, as the opening act for the band “die Ärzte” and for their world record in continuous a cappella techno singing. The band inspires audiences of all ages at festivals and in electronic clubs, as well as on the AIDA cruise ships, in theaters and on cabaret stages throughout Europe.
YeoMen – a little different, a little crazy, but always in a good mood and at full speed ahead.
