There will be raps, there will be traps. The Slovak reggae group Medial Banana brings music that combines well-being, tolerance and one's own attitudes towards the world around. Their sound comes from reggae and naturally absorbs ska or dancehall. After the joint single Ready Go! with rapper Ley Lofaj, who takes rap as a personal experiment, they also join forces on tour. His trap beats echo folkloric motifs as well as raw statement without posing. Medial Banana and Ley Lofaj's concert is a clash of two approaches to authenticity: a seasoned reggae body and a young voice from the north that dares to be different and not shy away.
Medial Banana and Ley Lofaj will visit Fuchs on Thursday, May 14.
