We are preparing a series of workshops for you, which will be called
FACE & BODY PHYSIOYOGA
It will be on Saturday or Sunday mornings, when the content will always be a FACE YOGA lesson and a PHYSIOTHERAPEUTIC YOGA lesson.
< br/>Certified FACE YOGA instructor Janča will give us tips and teach us tricks on how to work with our face and décolleté so that they achieved maximum lifting and the effect of glowing skin.
And then we are waiting for a physiotherapy yoga lesson, which combines the principles of physiotherapy and yoga for safe and effective body strengthening, focusing primarily on the work of our deep muscles, thanks to which we build quality intra-abdominal the pressure of the so-called core.
Exercises with the principles of functional anatomy.
The morning of the workshop will be crowned with hot soup and good coffee.
