Facilitation Basics Kompakt 2025/ 2026

For all people who hold workshops and other events and want to accompany them more interactively and with more results.

In this seminar you will learn the most important core elements of successful process support in a compact, practice-oriented form. This seminar is specially designed for people who hold workshops, conferences and events of all kinds for their own organization and who would like to design and accompany them in a more targeted, interactive, participation-oriented and fruitful manner. However, it is open to anyone who is interested and, in its compact form, is a worthwhile alternative to the “big” facilitation training (although of course it cannot replace it).

In the group we work together to develop the most important requirements, methods and working methods in order to make the power of facilitation effective.

The seminar is conducted by Jutta Weimar herself.

Contents:

Which processes and groups can I support as an internal facilitator and which ones can I not? How can I clearly communicate and fulfill my role? How do I deal with possible conflicts of interest?

What do I need to act confidently and confidently as an internal facilitator?

How can I plan appropriate group processes?

How do I create and maintain a participatory environment?

How can I lead a group to appropriate and useful results?

How can I be a model of positivity?

Experience in Accompanying group processes is an advantage, but it is not absolutely necessary to take part in this seminar.

The seminar takes place in three 1.5-day blocks that can only be booked together.
