Location: Bluebirds Yoga West | Yogastudio Amsterdam, Jan Evertsenstraat 4-8, Amsterdam - Amsterdam-West
About event
This 3-day facilitator workshop is for anyone who works with people one-on-one or in groups and wants to deepen their facilitation skills and transmission of their work.
We will dive into three pillars:
You - What patterns come up in your facilitation and how do they affect your work with others? What can a group of peers mirror back to you to encourage your own growth?
The client (individual or group) - How do you deal with client/group dynamics? How do you hold a group or an individual and how can you deepen a group or individual process?
Your work - How authentic and clear is your expression? What feedback can you receive from a group of peers to improve your guiding and leadership?
TESTIMONIAL FROM 1.edition: ""The content had a good level of challenge, and I really feel the sense of achievement and growth thanks to it.
Schirin was extremely sharp, honest, and experienced. Her presence and seriousness toward the training created a sense of safety and trust which helped me to express myself honestly and freely.
Themer was complimenting Schirin so well with his analytical, rational and more down to earth quality. " Mihiro
This workshop is all about how to be embodied in your facilitation. From how your body but also your voice and movements transmit everything that you want to get across.
We will meet unconscious patterns, emotions and beliefs that are still in between you and your most authentic self that come through in your work. We’ll do this by practising with delivering and communication to others in the group.
This work is aimed to bridge your inner passion into words and action in guiding others. We will practice 1-on-1, in smaller groups and the big group all together to hone your skills and get necessary feedback.
