Playfulness, originality, groove and unusual instruments. This is the hallmark of Fanfán Tulipán, a trans-genre formation with Hammond melody, piano, saxophone, Estonian zither, music box and energetic rhythm.

A little more about Fanfán :
Fanfán was founded in 2009 by the composer Eliška Vidomus, who is the author of the repertoire - her compositions are usually based on strong bass grooves and singing melodies. In the band, he plays Hammond melodica, Estonian zither and sings. Other members are: saxophonist Martin Forst, pianist Petr Svoboda, bassist Martin Gerla and drummer Šimon Hajdovský. Fanfán Tulipán performed at the Bohemia Jazz Fest, Jazz an der Donau, Jazz Goes To Town, Bratislava Jazz Days, the Bulgarian Bansko Jazz Fest and the Romanian SoundCzech festival.
