About event
Enjoy the most glamorous Costa Brava
** Visit the majestic gardens of Cap Roig, enjoy the best views from the Far de Sant Sebastià, walk through Calella de Palafrugell and Llafranc, and walks along the spectacular road of round that connects both populations (easy, short and flat). **
** Far de Sant Sebastià **
The Far of Sant Sebastià, one of the most beautiful on the Catalan coast, presides over a cliff of 170 meters of altitude in a rugged corner of the Costa Brava where the sea is the true protagonist, with fabulous views from the terrace-mourner. The FAR takes its name from the neighbor ** Llafronc lighthouse ** and the ** Hermitage of Sant Sebastià, ** of the 18th century.
** Botanical Garden of Cap Roig **
In 1927 the Tsarist colonel Nicolás Woevodsky and the English aristocrat Dorothy Webster bought some lands in Cap Roig to make his dream come true: build a castle hanging from a cliff on the Mediterranean and surrounded by an idyllic botanical garden from which one of the most beautiful landscapes of the Costa Brava is contemplated.
** Calella de Palafrugell and Llafranc **
Calella de Palafrugell, former fishing village, is one of the most beautiful and lovely "villages" of the Costa Brava. Located in a rocky coast, formed by small coves, north of the natural place of Castell - Cap Roig, Calella de Palafrugell is known by the Annual Habaneras Meeting that takes place on the beach of Port Bo and for famous and exclusive musical festival that is held every summer in the gardens of Cap Roig.
