About event
Discover the magic of working with the fascial system and build a "new body" according to healthy architecture. Men. Using interactive movement, detailed work with fascias (balls, rubber), but also fluid (organic) movement, we will increase the sensitivity of the body to feelings in it. We can experience what it is like to support the feeling of linking and the whole in the body, and to see in everyday way, how it manifests in our interactions with the world and outer world. We inspire the map of the fascial system created by Tom Myers (Anatomy Trains). This concept includes 12 myofascial tracks. In the following half of the year we will explore some of them.

Hands and their "connection" to the whole body .... Muscle armor (pelvic, abdominal, diaphragm, thoracic, cervical, oral and eye) ....
