Object Theater & Concert based on Anna Karenina
During a funeral dinner, during clinking glasses and a quiet accompaniment of a funeral band, instead of a quiet fare . Through the random movements of the waiter, through inconspicuous combinations of music, words and objects, it comes to life, as is the imagination of guests. They begin to take the intoxication of wine into the past until they eventually become the characters of the story of Anna Karenina. Harmonica, percussion, violin, cello, bass and five voice will perform metamorphosis of music and theater, cabaret and intimate scenes of moving objects. The rhythm rises to the last moment in which the viewer suddenly and the actor suddenly find again at the beginning - at the table with a glass of wine in hand.
Directed by: Matija Solce Stránská
Music: Matija Solce
Starring Pavol Smolárik, Anna Bubnikova, Jiri N. Jelinek, Ivo Sedláček, Matija Solce, Jan Meduna
The project was created with the kind support of the City of Prague and the Czech Republic.
