The phenomenon of legal congresses in the 1st half of the 20th century in the Czech lands and Slovakia
Lecturer: JUDr. Jan Kabát
The lecturer is an assistant and secretary at the Department of State History and the Law of the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University, where he teaches legal history and Roman law. In his scientific activities, he has devoted himself to the history of legal congresses in the Czech lands and Slovakia in the last three years. This topic was completed by a comprehensive rigorous work, which in May this year plans to present on the occasion of the II. Congress of Czech lawyers (14 to 15 May 2025) as a book publication.
