About event
Let's create an atmosphere together where everyone will feel accepted in their contrasts.
This year the festival is under the theme "Contrasts", which highlights the opposites in life, art and society.
Festival of students of films Áčko invites you to its 28th year, which will be held from October 23 to 26, 2024 in the premises of the Film and Television Faculty of VŠMU at Svoradova 2, Bratislava.
Áčko traditionally provides space for young filmmakers to present their best works. Visitors can look forward to a varied program full of original student films, discussions with creators, workshops, but also evenings full of music and socializing at afterparties.
The theme of contrasts will resonate not only on the screen, but also in the overall atmosphere of the festival . Each story, each film brings a new perspective on the world through the variety of topics or the processing itself. Contrasts are also a symbol of how differences can be combined into something strong and inspiring.
