Festival Áčko: Sound chat

Visitors will meet Mark Ulan, a sound professional who has worked on several Hollywood films alongside renowned directors such as Martin Scorsese, Quentin Tarantino, James Cameron and others. His work on the film Titanic was awarded an Oscar. In the form of a discussion, we will talk not only about working with sound, but also about the very close cooperation of sound engineers with other film professions. "When I approach my task of recording sound, it's always through the lens of storytelling. I believe this perspective has led to my success in the industry, helped create some very successful films, and is ultimately what I want to pass on to the next generation of audio and film professionals.”

The discussion takes place in in English.
