⚖️ We invite you to the penultimate of a series of expert breakfasts as part of the 2024 Rule of Law Festival on the state of the rule of law in Slovakia in the context of human rights.
⚖️ On Tuesday, November 5, at the Malý Berlin Cultural Center in Trnava, we will discuss legal certainty and its impact on the support and protection of human rights in Slovakia. The discussion is a continuation and expansion of our successful opening event of the Rule of Law Festival on October 1 in Bratislava, from which you can view a photo report at https://bit.ly/ 3Acgtwj.
🗯 Come have a good breakfast and learn more about the state of the judiciary in Slovakia, including the decision of the Constitutional Court when changing the criminal law, or the impact of abbreviated legislative proceedings on the right to participate in public administration.
In the panel discussion we will welcome:
