We invite you to the penultimate of a series of expert discussions within the Rule of Law Festival 2025 on the state of the rule of law in Slovakia in the context of human rights. On Monday, December 1, from 10:00 a.m. in the premises of the Malý Berlin Cultural Center in Trnava, we will discuss women's access to justice and the protection tools offered to them by the rule of law.
We will talk about what rights violations, what forms of violence women face across society in Slovakia, but also what protection tools are available against these violations and whether they are effective and available to all women.
The discussion is part of the events within the 16 days of activism against violence against women. They will discuss:
• p. Silvia Porubänová, executive director of the Slovak National Center for Human Rights
• Mr. Barbora Burajová, chief manager of the Coordination and Methodological Center for the Prevention of Violence against Women
• Mr. Zuzana Dlugošová, chairwoman of the Office for the Protection of Whistleblowers of Antisocial Activities
