About event
Amsterdamse Burgundians!
This year Festival Trek has been around for 11 years! And what did you come with many in recent decade. Together we enjoyed a lot of good food, cold drinks, theater, live music, nostalgic fairground attractions and a lot more!
As a brand new mayor of Trek, I am a bit proud of that. I therefore feel very honored to welcome you again this year from Friday 4 to Sunday 6 July in Amstelpark in Amsterdam. Especially for this weekend we transform this beautiful park into one large open -air restaurant.
Make a tasty journey of discovery through the wide range of street food. Take a seat at the Chef’s Table at one of the mobile food trucks, taste surprising ingredients or you venture to the tastefully prepared new dishes. From sushi to Surinamese from Vega to burgers; The taste buds are treated for a weekend. You can do your thirst extensively at the cocktail bar, the extensive wine bar with a wonderful terrace, the Biergarten with a wide range of specialty beers or the Sangria & Bubbels Bar.
Special acts of young theater makers and intimate live performances make a visit to Trek complete. Musical talent and small artists get the chance to play the stars of heaven on the stage of my town hall and to break through in his own city and country. A theater caravan goes through the park to entertain you and old fairground classics ensure the greatest pleasure. As soon as the evening falls, the day dancing ends with the best funk, soul and dance hits from the eighties.
whether you are going with friends, family, colleagues or a nice date, a day of Trek is a taste and atmospheric afternoon, evening or day out for everyone. The only thing you need is nice company, tasty appetite and a good mood. Then we take care of the rest!
