About event
We invite you to the poetic film from Marc to May!
The five -member family lives under the roof of the old village house. Children grow up and it is clear that they will soon take their own way. However, unexpected news of her mother's pregnancy enters the unchanging rhythm of everyday life and the idea of a new sibling gradually interferes with all the inhabitants of the house. The award -winning film from Marc to May offers an unpretentious, intimate portrait of human cohesion, often expressed by the smallest manifestations. The inconspicuous but extremely authentic story is filmed with the same tenderness and patience with which nature awakens its senses in the spring months. At the KV MFF, the Pilsen Final, he won the Discovery of the Year Award, the best cameraman's work between feature films and two nominations for the Czech Lion. Keep your fingers crossed!
