Film a spiritualita: Brutalista

László Tóth (Adrien Brody) used to be an architect of European fame before it made him a mere number and a candidate for death in a concentration camp. He managed to survive the war, but immediately left the wounded Europe to forget. Like many others, he tried to restart in the shadow of the statue of Freedom, but he found that the reputation of an exceptional architect stayed at home in Budapest and that the proverbial American dream was not guaranteed for everyone. He discovers that his wife (Felicity Jones) has survived the horrors of the concentration camp and that only the lack of money for the journey prevents her from re -finding himself. The card really starts to turn only when Lászlón meets the patron Van Buren (Guy Pearce), who sees his potential and begins to support him generously.
In cooperation with the Academic parish of Prague, Lukáš Jirsa presents.
