The author's documentary film by director Daniela Meressa Rusnoková brings a sensitive look at the little-discussed topics of premature births and the rescue of highly immature newborns, born in the so-called "grey zone". Through the mother's testimony, which represents the voice of many others, it opens up fundamental questions of neonatology and shows the path of maternal care for children with special needs. What are the dilemmas and ethical issues facing both doctors and parents? Where do we stand and where could we move in the area of support for children with disabilities and their families?
Daniela Meressa Rusnoková won the Cinematik.doc Literary Fund Award for her film Gray Zone at the Cinematik Piešťany Film Festival.

After the screening of the film Gray Zone, we invite you to a discussion with experts, in which we will discuss the topics of support for families with children with disabilities, care for premature children and issues of mental health of mothers. We will touch on topics such as early intervention, effective guidance of parents after returning from the hospital, stimulation of the child, palliative care, help for surviving parents and abandoned children, as well as support from the state and the possibilities of inclusive education in Slovakia. Together with the experts, we will try not only to answer these questions, but also to explore other challenges we face in this area. of early intervention Bratislava, n. o.,
