In 2017, Daria won the international competition Nespresso Talents. She won the jury prize with her original film To Accept, in which she used a combination of stop motion and pixilation techniques and won an important award at the Cannes International Film Festival, but she has already made several short animated films using various techniques... For her short puppet film Daughter won many awards – e.g. The Czech Film Critics Award, the Czech Lion for the best student film, the Jury Award for the short film for the best animation at the Sundace festival, the student Oscar or even the Oscar nomination itself for the short animated film.
Her last film Electra won the non-statutory Magnesia Award for the best student film within the 31st Czech Lion.
