The film takes us to the early 1990s, when a secret group of top military officers, led by a clairvoyant, begins to dig a huge hole in search of a mysterious artifact that they believe will bring the ultimate "triumph". A story inspired by the real absurdities of the transition - at the same time funny, tense and completely unpredictable.
