About event
We are celebrating 150 years since the birth of Tomáš Bata and we are going on tour with his timeless philosophy.
Gabriela Končitíková's lecture on the topic "Life philosophy of Tomáš Bata in today's times", the lecture will be followed by a discussion.
Discover the timeless philosophy that was behind the birth of one of the most outstanding business legends. Bať's approach to life and work is based on a simple but powerful principle - start with yourself. It connects personal development, building relationships, professional growth and responsibility towards society.
Tomáš Baťa believed that true value is created where honest work, courage and moral responsibility meet. This philosophy is a universal guide to a happy and fulfilled life that can be used by everyone - regardless of profession, age or life path.
Come and be inspired by stories, principles and concrete examples of their use in today's practice - whether in your personal life, team or business.
