Grischa Lichtenberger is a Berlin-based musician and visual artist. Lichtenberger first gained notoriety through his experimental music, which combines broken beats with haunting soundscapes and distorted vocals. Since 2009, his musical compositions have been published by the renowned Chemnitz label Raster-Noton (since 2017 Raster-Media). He presented audiovisual live shows at international festivals and concert events (including Mutek Montreal, Electron Festival Geneva, Sou Festival Tbilisi). Over the years, Lichtenberger has developed his sound and incorporated elements of jazz, pop and classical music into his compositions. His album “Ostranenie”, a collection of digitally processed, impressionistic piano miniatures – all named after blockbuster films and television series – was released in 2025. In 2025, Grischa Lichtenberger created the music for the live radio play project "Signals", a cooperation between Radio Industry, the theater "Die Andere Welt Bühne" and Charlotte Reihs (University of Vienna). design.

Sascha Bachmann, passionate drummer from Berlin, is expanding his output with HAND. HAND is music for active listening and dancing. Created for art spaces and dance floors. As a drummer, he plays for various bands and musicians (including Siriusmo, Jan Driver etc.), always looking for his version of music. Inspired by various influences, he creates the concept Tapeloops, Heartbeats & Super 8 and thus creates his first solo album. Sascha sees himself as a progressive musician and is always looking for new challenges. He is dedicated to soundscapes brought to life with his sampled heartbeat. Expanse, calm and repetition are stylistic elements which, when combined, develop great dynamism. Parallel to the music production, HAND plays with visual means to take the listener into another dimension. He collects old Super 8 films, etches, scratches and digitizes them to create suitable visual landscapes that are also used live. With this Tapeloop project he has already played in Berlin and New York. For the live implementation he uses a tape machine on which his tracks are divided into eight tracks as loops. This approach allows the listener to experience fresh mixes of his compositions again and again. With “Debut” (2017), “Reveal” (Puremagnetik, 2019), “Suburbaen” (Elli Records, 2020) and “Radioplay” (Orb Tapes, 2021), HAND offers a contrast to our ever-faster world. It gives the listener space to experience the music themselves, thereby creating space for emotions, self-reflection and calm, but also tension. The interactive video installation “Hear what you see” was created in the Erkner signal box for Radio Industry 2023. Sascha Bachmann will be on November 8th. play and broadcast a multi-instrumental live set.
