About event
🌸 Fit & Happy MAMA BRUNCH: Treat yourself to a morning that kicks you off! 🌸
Moms, I invite you to our exclusive MAMA BRUNCH in Košice! No, it won't be about coffee and cake ☕️🍰. It's a morning full of energy, understanding of your body and the women's community.
What awaits you?
🔋 Lecture "How to have more ENERGY and why you can't lose weight after giving birth": During my practice, I helped mothers from all over the world find the way to vitality and a better figure. I'll give you advice on why you can't lose weight and how to finally get your metabolism moving.
🧘♀️ Body analysis & refreshing mini-exercise: We'll look at the state of your body. I'll show you exercises from my proven RE:Shape program that you can do even with children.
🧋 Tasting: We will taste healthy and incredibly tasty cocktails that are a "life saver" for a busy mom.
👩🏼🤝👩🏻 Community atmosphere: Sharing, laughter and new friendships in the beautiful environment of BIZNIS PLAYCE with a children's playroom.
🗓️ When: April 1, 2026 at 9:30 a.m.
📍 Where: Denešova 10, Košice
💶 Price: €15 (early bird until March 27) / €19 (standard). Take a friend and you pay only €30 together!
Children are, of course, warmly welcome! (Just let us know in advance so we're prepared).
Do you want to reserve your place? Comment or message me "BRUNCH" and I'll send you all the details.
I'm looking forward to seeing you! We will laugh, exercise and grow together. ✨
