About event
Mothers with children (even without) from babies to pre -school age (we have toys), join new yoga lessons every Monday from 10 to 11 in the Active PS studio in Krč. This is an ideal way to practice, if you do not have babysitting or want to spend time with your child so actively… stretch, breathe, work on the center of your body and pelvic day. You will do something for yourself, change the environment and meet other similarly tuned mothers. Beginners and advanced will come into their own.
Yoga is simply for everyone. We don't play anything, we don't compete. So come in the old sweatpants and with a unwashed head. It's all right. The goal is to enjoy the lesson and feel good…
We start 13.1.
The price is 3588kč for 12 lessons, or. You can come to 1 sample lesson for 299Kč
Lessons are held at Active PS, Jeremenkova 1835/106, Prague 4 href = "https://www.fitmami.cz/fitmami-studio/praha-4-fitmami-yoga-with-babies"> https://www.fitmami.cz/fitmami-studio/praha-4-fitmami-yoga-with-babies
