Fitness dance is a mixture of simple repetitive movements connected to music. It is composed of individual songs, each of which is choreographed according to the style of salsa, bachata, pop, rock, mambo, etc. and also contains aerobic elements. Alternating faster and slower rhythms in a non-violent way burns fat and shapes the figure. Fitness dance is suitable for all age categories, for beginners and advanced dancers, everyone will find their own style. It aims to create physical exercise combined with fun. And what to take with you to exercise? Comfortable clothes that do not restrict your movement, a towel, a bottle of water are suitable.
