Flotsam and Jetsam thrash metal icons from American Phoenix, which won fans around the world thanks to its aggressive, technically sophisticated sound and unmistakable Eric vocal "A.K. Knutsen. The band was founded in 1981 and soon became one of the pioneers of the genre. Their debut album Doomsday for the Deceiver (1986) entered history as the only one that received the maximum rating of 6/5 in the legendary Kerrang magazine! - as evidenced by his extraordinary quality and timelessness. Yet Flotsam and Jetsam have always maintained their characteristic sound, built on predatory riffs, strong melodies and technical precision. In their discography we find both raw energy of early albums, as well as more modern production of newer recordings, such as The End of Chaos (2019) or Blood in the Water (2021), showing that even after four decades, they are not losing anything of their strength. Fans for which they are one of the most respected bands of thrash metal scene. With the combination of experience, uncompromising approach and love for music, Flotsam and Jetsam remain evidence that quality thrash metal does not age - on the contrary, with every other album and concert only grow! He has built a strong name on the European metal scene since 2010. Their music combines high vocals, epic riffs and uncompromising energy, which they bring not only on studio albums, but also on live performances throughout Europe.
