We cordially invite you to Flow PowerYogy&Mobility - slightly dynamic exercise with your own weight in the rhythm of the breath combined with sound therapy with Tibetan bowls and other magical tools 😍
Flow PowerYogy&Mobility is a series of connected mobilization and coordination balance exercises with elements of yoga . The exercises are performed barefoot and are aimed at strengthening the whole body by using your own weight with an emphasis on the core and back. The class takes place in the rhythm of the breath by consciously performing positions in search of yin-yang polarity.
Vibrations and frequencies have been present everywhere since the beginning of the universe and affect our everyday being. The holistic method of treatment using vibrations has been used for several thousand years.
Sound therapy brings relaxation and relaxation (releases muscle and energy blocks), relieves stress, positively affects brain activity - synchronizes brain waves and hemispheres and induces calmness. it recharges the body with energy, adjusts blood pressure and harmonizes the psyche, helps with sleep disorders and many other benefits that are available to us. Sound therapy uses musical and ritual instruments that have been known for thousands of years to heal the body and harmonize the mind.
Please bring a water bottle, a blanket and a pillow and a mat for exercise. We also recommend warmer socks in the colder season, because during the therapy you lie down and the heat "leaves" the person quickly 🙂
Drink plenty of fluids on the day of the event!

He comes from Senec and currently works in Trnava. He has been working on self-realization since 2012, when big changes began on earth. For a long time, he searched for the meaning of his life, and thanks to yoga and the philosophy that is part of it, he realized that helping people is the mission for which he came here. He has been teaching yoga (hatha yoga, ashtanga yoga) for 10 years and has been practicing sound therapy for 8 years.
