We cordially invite you to flowryogy & mobility - a slightly dynamic exercise with your own weight in the rhythm of breath associated with soundotherapy with Tibetan bowls and other magic tools 😍
Flow Poweryogy & Mobility is a series of over -explining mobilization and coordinating exercise exercises yoga. The exercises are carried out barefoot and are aimed at strengthening the whole body by using their own weight with an accent on the core of the body and back. The hour of breath is a conscious design of positions with the search for Yin-Yang Polarity. The holistic method of vibration treatment has been used for several thousand years. Sleep disorders and many other benefits that are available to us. Soundotherapy uses musical and ritual tools, which are known for thousands of years, used to heal the body and harmonize the mind. We also recommend warmer socks in the colder period, as it lies during therapy and a person "leaves" heat 🙂

comes from Senec and currently operates in Trnava. He has been engaged in self -realization since 2012 when major changes began on Earth. He has long been looking for what his meaning of life and thanks to Yoga and the philosophy that part of it has come to help people are a mission for which he came here. He teaches Yoga for 10 years (Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga) and has been dedicated to soundotherapy for 8 years.
