Flying with Colours: Raw Embodiment, Singing and Sound Healing

You’ll dream, dance, scream, sing and listen all while being held and encouraged to be your most authentic self.

This goes out to everyone wishing for a bit more connection in these withering autumn days. Be that connection to ourselves or to like-minded souls.

We invite you to find comfort in stillness, to encounter peace in a deep listening experience through guided heartfelt meditation and a connection ritual.

Afterwards we’ll guide you to show up in your brightest colours and highest self to take the space you have always deserved.

The offering starts at 7 pm (EST), doors open from 6:30 pm (EST).
Location will be shared upon registration.

We are:
Fly (no pronouns) holds spaces where people reconnect with their essence—playful, real, and deeply grounded. Blending voice liberation & sound healing, Fly weaves ancient wisdom with contemporary insight to support authentic self-expression, clarity, and deep inner resonance.

Angel (they/them/no pronouns) creates room for people to fully embody their most authentic self and allows them to fully embrace every side of them, through intuitive body work, and meditation practice.

We are both non-binary and while this space will be open to everyone, we put extra effort into making this a safe space for queer identities looking for a conscious community.
